I can't take credit for this recipe. It ain't mine, kiddos.
A few weeks ago, I saw my friend, Katy, say something about PB2 on the twitterwebs. Since I'd never even heard of it before (BAD FOODIE! BAD!), I did a lot of interweb trolling and decided to buy some to play with.
I'm so glad I did.
If you're one of those people who 1.) needs more protein and 2.) should eat greek yogurt for all the tummy-happy good stuff it has in it, you're in luck. This stuff doesn't have that mildly funky greek yogurt taste at all. This could easily be a dessert or even a breakfast option. It's relatively low carb (unless you're an ultra low carb kinda kid). Plus, let's face it...
Chocolate + peanut butter = gooooooooood.
Truth be told, I've been doing really well since rededicating myself to a healthier lifestyle... and this recipe has definitely helped keep the sweet tooth and "OHMYHOLYCRAP, I NEED DESSERT OR I WILL DIE!" stuff in check. PB2 = awesome.
