It's time to come clean. I have to be honest with you guys...
We failed miserably at staying on track with the meal plan and our budget last week.
We let life get the best of us. I blinked and before I knew it, we'd eaten out almost every single night.
Lame.
... so this week, I vow to do better. We're shooting for 100% compliance with the meal plan this week. If somebody could try to keep me to it, I'd appreciate it. I'm looking for accountability, people. Anybody want to help me out? I'm fun, I promise.
Monday: almond crusted chicken with spinach
Tuesday: turkey burgers and parsley lime rice
Wednesday: chicken and carrots in wine sauce (a la crock pot) and green beans
Thursday: grilled marinated pork chops with roasted veggies
Friday: out at a friend's party
Saturday: grilled lemon chicken and carrots
Sunday: BBQ chicken sandwiches (a la crock pot) and salad
